The Sunday papers always have 1 or 2 (sometimes more!) old-fashioned, clip 'em yourself, coupon inserts. I usually pop over to my local Mini Mart on Sunday morning and pick up a Buffalo News, Erie Times, and Olean Times Herald. Sometimes I'll also get the Pittsburgh Post Gazette.
There are no "rules" to follow when deciding what papers to buy. Sometimes a buy a few copies of one, or one of each. It all depends on how I'm feeling that day. I'm sure the "extreme couponers" have a plan, but I don't. I just decide when I get there-- I'm all adventerous like that.
*A quick word about the temptation to steal inserts from papers you're not buying: don't! There's nothing more frustrating than getting home with your papers only to discover that some unscrupulous couponer took the inserts out. I caught someone doing this once and we had a

There hundreds of sites that offer printable grocery coupons, but these are the four that I use the most. All printable coupon sites require you to download their software before printing the coupons, but they are all safe and should not harm your computer in any way. I have several installed on my laptop with no problems.

Important Notes:
TOPS will double your manufacturer paper coupons up to .99 cents as long as you have a bonus card. So any coupon under $1.00 will double. For example, a .75 cent coupon doubles to $1.50 off!
HOWEVER- they will only double 4 like coupons in the same day. So if you have 10 Minute Maid Orange Juice coupons, TOPS will only double the first four.
TOPS also offers a "Click to Card" coupon program for bonus card holders. You have to go on their website at topsmarkets.com and register your bonus card. Then you can choose coupons to be added directly to your card. No clipping! And "click to card" coupons can be used along with paper coupons. So if you have a click to card coupon and a paper coupon for the same item you're getting double the savings!
